These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kartak NFC (“Kartak”, “we”, “us”) website and your purchase of our products. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products and pricing
- Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds (LE) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We aim to describe and picture products accurately, but colours and details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
- Prices and product availability may change without notice.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once we accept it and contact you to arrange delivery. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, or we cannot verify the details you provided.
Payment
We accept online payment by card, Fawry, and wallet through our payment provider Paymob, as well as Cash on Delivery and order confirmation via WhatsApp. Online payments are processed securely by Paymob under their terms. For Cash on Delivery, payment is due in full at the time of delivery.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location and courier. Please make sure your contact details and address are correct, as we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
Returns and refunds
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Custom or personalised cards (printed with your details) cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method or by an agreed alternative.
Using your Kartak card
Kartak cards use NFC technology and work with most modern smartphones. You are responsible for the information you choose to share through your card. Please keep any account or profile access details secure.
Intellectual property
The Kartak name, logo, website content, and designs are our property and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kartak is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Egypt.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site means you accept the current Terms.
